The League is a 16 team dynasty/salary cap league.

45 Man Roster (45 pro, 8 taxi squad)
Starting Lineup
QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, RB/WR/TE, DL,DL,DL, LB, LB,LB,LB,CB,CB,S,S,
Initial Draft
The initial draft will be 45 rounds in length and serpentine in style. Only NFL level players will be eligible for the draft.
The draft order in the first year will be reversed from the taxi squad draft,that draft will start sometime in may,?
Taxi Squad
Any player eligible for the NFL ROOKIE DRAFT in this year’s draft is available for teams in this draft. The draft will be a 8 round draft held after the real nfl rookies draft.
The draft order will be randomized,with emails will be sent to all owners with the results from the site that does it.
After the taxi squad players have been drafted, they are automatically added to each team's taxi squad roster.
Every year following this, the draft will be in the opposite order of the league standings (league champion last, runner up 15th and the rest will be in the opposite order of the league standings. This holds true for the FA draft as well).
SALARIES
The league salary cap will be $1,000. Teams may go over this cap limit in the off season only. Initial player salaries are determined by a salary scale listed below. After the first year salaries will be determined by market value via league auction.
CONTRACTS
Each team is given 90 contract years to distribute among their 45 active players on their active roster as they see fit.
Players can be signed to contracts of 1-5 YEARS.
At the end of every season, all players contracts will be reduced by 1 year.
Owners will have the ability to protect five players with their franchise player tag, transition player(s) tag, and RFA tenders
looking for owners that are going to be committed to the league and their team ,these types of league do require alot of attention.

this league will require a $5.00 fee to all owners for the cost of the MFL league site with a $10.08 going to the champ for the 2012 season
all fees will be handled by league safe if all owners agree to this setup.
need 5 or 6 owners already have 10 owners,thanks rog
