Moss is not getting younger, Welker will not be 100%, they have no #2 receiver. If what I read is true, that Boldin may be had for 2nd or possibly even a third round pick, why not? He would thrive as the #2 taking pressure of an aging Moss, picking up slack for an injured Welker and he is a team player in the Belichick mold.

Boldin is looking for a big deal. That's why he wants out of zona. How many years is left on his current contract and how much should the Pats invest in a 30 year old injury prone WR?

Adalius Thomas is also another big price tag guy they will likely dump, of course the Pats have a few guys who need new deals, especially on the d-line, so I'm not sure if even that would create enough room.
