Starting New IDP half-point PPR (1 Viewer)

I am starting 16 team IDP half-point PPR league. The buy-in it's going to be a couple of dollars the first year just to get out feet wet and to cover league fee. Then the following years will create a reward system. I currently have a 16 team ESPN league some of my leaguge owners might be interested in joining but not enough to fill the league. I live on the west coast if that matter.
