Hello, I am writing to tell you that I have started five fantasy football draft leagues so far for the 2012 season! The leagues will be on either CBSSports.com or RTSports.com.
FantasySportsVault.com will be the treasurer and prize awarding site for all five leagues below.
Here is a brief description of each league, if interested, email brian.harwood@insightbb.com today with which league or leagues you would be interested in!
1. The first league is a CBSSports.com 16-team league draft league. Buy-in is $100, you can win up to $750 in total prizes. Draft will be on Tuesday, August 14. This league will use 3rd Round Reversal, start 8 players in this PPR league. Tight end PPR points count 1.5 points for each reception. There will be 240 players drafted in this challenging league. 2. The second league is a CBSSports.com 12-team EXTENDED DRAFT league that will start on July 9. Buy in is $75 and you will have 8 hours to make your pick in this 20-round draft league in which you can
buy your draft position with free agent acquisition bidding money in this 3rd Round Reversal draft league. This will be a good way to start your drafting experience this season. Regular CBSSports scoring except for decimal scoring and PPR. If interested, email brian.harwood@insightbb.com today!
3. The third league is a RTSports.com $150 buy-in DYNASTY DRAFT league that will draft in July. This 3rd round reversal league will have you keep 8 players off your roster each season. You can keep your players for as long as you want to keep them. Each season there will be an eight round rookie/free agent draft to keep the DYNASTY draft going. 12 teams will be in this exciting league, only hardcore players apply, if interested, email brian.harwood@insightbb.com today!
4. The fourth league is a RTSports.com $150 buy-in 12-team VICTORY POINTS STYLE draft league. This is a new innovation in fantasy football in which you get points, not wins for a good performance each week. You still play head-to-head versus your opponent, if you win your matchup you get TWO points, and you can earn up to TWO more points each week if your team finishes in the top four in total points each week. This league is a hybrid of wins and total points importance, if your opponent has the most points scored in a week, no problem as you can still earn VICTORY POINTS based on weekly points performance. 5. The fifth league is a RTSports.com $100 buy-in 12-team "DRAFT MASTERS" league. In this league you simply draft 25 players and may your best scoring positional players score points in this total points style contest. Think of it as a "BEST BALL" type format in which drafting a great team is rewarded over head-to-head wins. Regular scoring rules apply and your top QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 2 FLEX (RB/WR/TE), 1 K, 1 DEF scoring performers will count for your roster each week.
