The name of the league will be Hodge Podge Dynasty Dreams II. It will be a 12-team league. One main draft of 26 rounds, including rookies this year (2 extra IR spots) and than a rookie/FA draft every year after. League dues are $50 + MFL costs split up amongst the 12 owners and can be paid through PP (not using league safe).
