[SIZE=12pt]1. Each team will have a hard cap of $125.0 million (expect 2.0% - 4.0% increase annually after initial year).[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]2. Each team will have 40 active roster spots, 5 practice squad spots, 4 IR spots.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]4. Each player’s salary will be based on the 2013 Cap Table (by team) on [/SIZE][SIZE=12pt]www.spotrac.com[/SIZE][SIZE=12pt]. The salary will be the CAP FIGURE respective to the NFL player in this table. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]a. In the event that a drafted player is not listed on this table, the default annual salary will be $2.5 million for that respective NFL player.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]5. Each team, at least initially, will bear the name of the NFL team of their choice (first come/first served). Upon selecting an NFL team, each team owner will make a selection of one offensive player and one defensive player from that respective team. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]6. After all 16 teams are setup, and these pre-draft player selections are made, I will add up the 2013 player stats for each respective pre-selected player (from #5 above) and stack these from lowest to highest. (Please reference the following for pertinent information: [/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]a. The team with the lowest overall 2013 points scored, will be slotted with the 1st pick of our league’s inaugural draft; conversely, the team with the highest overall 2013 points scored will be slotted with the 16th overall pick of our league’s inaugural draft. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]b. The inaugural draft will be 32 rounds; providing each team the opportunity to select 34 players before we shift the league to free agency.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]7. In addition, after all16 teams are setup, I will run a random number generator to determine the draft order for the 2014 rookie draft for this league, and communicate this information via e-mail to all team owners. (The rookie draft will be 5 rounds, annually.) [/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]8. Both the inaugural draft and the initial rookie draft in this league will be SERPENTINE.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]9. After the each draft (inaugural, rookie) is concluded, each team owner will designate a contract length to all drafted players (1,2,3,4 or 5 years) within 48 hours, or the default contract length will be 1 year. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=12pt]10. Inaugural draft will start once all 16 teams are setup and confirmed. Initial rookie draft will commence on the Monday following the actual NFL draft in 2014.[/SIZE]
