The Sunday Paper (Tentative Name) is an animated character themed 32 franchise, single copy, ppr, weighted IDP, high activity, auction league.
The site is run on MFL software and will feature:
- Single copy of all players
-32 Franchises
- Functional Practice Squad- Players may be claimed by other franchises with draft pick compensation in return based on original draft selection and years in league. Rookies = Original Round +1, 2nd yr players = Original Round, 3rd yr players = Original Rd -1.
- $1,000,000 salary cap, $1000 minimum contract
- Expansion draft ROD. Teams inherit teams as is, but all current franchises must make 3 players available to ROD owners in an expansion style draft. IF players are lost, draft pick compensation commensurate with last years scoring is awarded in supplemental draft pick form.
-Weighted IDP scoring to make IDP equal to Offense
- Franchise/Transition Tags for expiring contracts
- 3 year max contracts
- RFA rights to rookie contracts
- Ability to extend Veteran Contracts 1 time for up to 2 years
- Rookie pay scale

This league is expected to be highly active owners only, failure to maintain a minimal level of activity is grounds for removal. This will be a year round form of entertainment. Highly active owners only!!!
