We are nearing the point of the offseason in which many startup dynasty drafts are held. In the next three weeks leading up to the NFL draft, I will be posting a series of polls asking about how you see this year's dynasty drafts unfolding.

The polls will be based on the following lineup in a 12 team league-

QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, Flex (RB, WR, TE) K, D

As far as scoring, assume 4 points for passing TDs and PPR for all positions.

If you vote for other, please post and let us know who you voted for.

(1.01) 1. Ladanian Tomlinson

(1.02) 2. Steven Jackson

(1.03) 3. Larry Johnson

(1.04) 4. Reggie Bush

(1.05) 5. Frank Gore

(1.06) 6. Brian Westbrook

(1.07) 7. Clinton Portis

(1.08) 8. Joseph Addai

(1.09) 9. Laurence Maroney

(1.10) 10. Larry Fitzgerald

(1.11) 11. Peyton Manning

(1.12) 12. Willie Parker

(2.01) 13. Maurice Jones Drew

(2.02) 14. Ronnie Brown

(2.03) 15. Adrian Peterson

Since this is my pick in the new startup,i would go with Maroney if there at 9 and right here i would probaly back him up with SA/McGahee....not sure which one but one of them.

If you're looking at the combo for the future - Maroney/Palmer looks good.

If you're going for value and want to compete in year 1, take Rudi. Or SA, but I prefer Rudi.

Consider adding:

Tom Brady

Drew Brees

Donovan McNabb

Carnell Williams

Chester Taylor

DeAngelo Williams

Cedric Benson

Marion BarberIII

Deuce McAllister

Edgerrin James

Marshawn Lynch

Michael Turner

Torry Holt

Reggie Wayne

Roy Williams

Anquan Boldin

Andre Johnson

Gates

now in this situation (having Maroney), I go w/B-n-B's SSmith selection from the last thread

Smith had the best PPG avg of any WR last year, and is still young enough to be productive for 5+ yrs

shh!

Rudi is good value here. (#10 RB in PPR last year.) Wouldn't fault anyone going WR here instead.

Players to add for the next few picks:

Gates

Wayne

Benson

Caddy

DeAngelo

I'm also at 9 and 16 in the other half of HyperActive, and there's no way in hell I'm tipping off who I'd take. Nothing to gain by spilling your guts, and all you do is make others' planning a little easier. For future reference, it's just not wise to tell the world what you intend to do.
