I'm forming a Dynasty PPR league on MFL. Looking for serious owners who like fair competition & the challenge of building a Dynasty. I would like to have initial draft as soon as all franchises are taken. Then at a later date have a rookie draft. It all depends on what a majority of the owners want. *IR combines with Roster at end of season = 26
*Addition of 2 draft pick spots before draft = 28

Top 6 teams make playoffs.
Bottom 6 in the toilet bowl.
$75 franchise fee, 100% payout.
