Auction Draft (Initial auction will include rookies but all years after will be rookie only draft determined by order of finish and potential points)
Dynasty Format (Keep all players, no salaries or contracts)
After the draft you are able to trade with any team in the league - not just your own conference

8 player Taxi (rookies only, but can stay for up to 3 years)
