steals of the draft (1 Viewer)

QB: Romo

RB: Adrian Peterson, Lamont Jordan

WR: Andre Johnson, Randy Moss

TE: Witten

PK: Elam (probably the 9th kicker off the board when I picked him and currently #2)

D: Vikings

Jamal Lewis is 2nd in the league in rushing. No, I don't expect it to keep up...
Which is why if you own him you should be trade him right now! His value will never be higher. I doubt he will have another good game untill week 8 vs rams. Take a loook at clevelands schedule and tell me thats a starting rb you want to rely onI'll add Wes Welker for where he was drated.

Too Early For this.... but so far its got to be Portis.
I have Portis, he's been good, not great, he's on my bench behind LT, Edge.......I might have to sit Edge this week VS Bal. Portis has 1 TD each week, but last nights game he was very average before his TD, and losing lots of carries to Betts. EDGE was more of a SOD
Betts had 6 carries....Portis had 17.

And can we really call KJ a steal when he has not seen the field yet or made it all the way through a game or two?

I got the Oakland D very late (after taking GB D earlier). Both have favorable match-ups this year, and both have looked aggressively good so far.

Delhomme, easily, is one.

I also think Isaac Bruce, who was drafted way late, if at all, and almost always after Drew Bennett, has put up really good numbers so far too.
Delhomme is still on the ww in one of my leagues (picked him off the ww up last week in the other). I'm considering dropping Hasselbeck for him and keeping Cutler.

Nobody who has Lewis, HAS to start him. He is no more than a RB3 on nearly every team.Lewis has a great playoff schedule. He will w/o a doubt have more good games. 200+ yds is too much to expect from anyone. All that 200 yds did, other than win anyone who started him a game this week, was prove that he is in fact not washed up like many have tried to tell us.

With bye weeks coming some people will be using Lewis as a starter. JL could easily be a rb 2 for many teams that drafted heavily at WR so some people do have to start him I just think people who own him should look closely at the upcoming schedule b/c it's brutal. I think he will have more good games too,I just don't think it will be anytime soonAs a matter of fact I plan on trying to trade for him after his brutal stretch coming up. If I owned Jamal Lews I would trade him him away and then try and get him back on the cheap for a playoff run

Moss is and will continue to be the steal of the draft. All the others are nice value plays, which is important, but Moss has the potential to be season changer.
Jon Kitna _ Lions will throw 50 times a game + be in 4 wr sets.Could be top three qb.Wes Welker - 1000 yds 6 td's + 80 catchesLamont Jordan - This guy was a top 10 pick last year.Sammy Morris - Taking Corey Dillon's role in N.E.Jake Delhomme - Two years ago this guy threw 30 td'sShaun McDonald - Should end up w/between 800-1,000 yds.Randy Moss - Will make a run @ the #1 wr in fantasy football in 2007.

Steve Smith in the 2nd round was by far my biggest value. The guy is a freakin animal. Andre Johnson's doing pretty damn good as well for a 4th rounder(injury), but I expect the value that will keep on giving this year is Jon Kitna(8th).

Getting Rudi Johnson with the 12th pick of the first round in a 14 teamer was huge for me. I then paired him with Carson in the 2nd, Moss in the 3rd, Adrian Peterson in the 4th, D.Jackson in the 5th (my bust so far) and rounding out my team with Chicago D and Stover as my K. So far I'm the highest scoring team in my league.
