Stephen Williams (1 Viewer)

I am taking a gamble and rolling with him over Sims-Walker.
just curious... why?
Breaston out.Decent matchup

WR2 on a team who is going to throw totally errant and uncatchable footballs.

I'd get daring in a PPR, but I would still sit him in a standard scoring league. 7/70 isnt out of the question, just not sure about the TD.
:(

That is true, it is a gamble, but I think he is rather safe if you play him as a flex or WR3.

San Diego has been playing very good pass defense. Less than 30 receptions allowed to WR's in 3 games, less than 200 yds per game passing and of the 3 passing TD's they've given up 2 have been to TE's and the 1 to a WR was in garbage time with a 38-6 lead and 30 secs left in the game. That was MSW, the only WR to have more than 5/60 against the Chargers so far (with the Jags trying to play catch-up).

Needing a spark in my ppr. Still no faith in Claussen at qb in Carolina. Flirting with idea to bench south Steve Smith at Saints today.

Starting Williams over Hester and Cotchery in my No Mercy league. I have faith.
Have him in both my dynasty leagues, and have too many decent options over him, (MSW, Gaffney, and maybe L. Moore) but would like to put him in. Since he'll be on my bench this week he's guaranteed to go off for you guys...Hmmm...maybe I should start him over Moore....

Once Hall came in right before halftime, 3 receptions from 5 targets of 24 pass attempts. 32 total yards. Decent matchup this week with NO. Anyone boarding this train?

did anyone watch the game? i was there and was not impressed... the first ball thrown to him...DOINK right off his chest pad :goodposting: . on a different play it was toward the sideline should have been a catch. That wide open doinker did it for me, ill pass until i see some major improvement.

Apparently he fractured something in his back last game. its not serious but may have impacted him. with an undrafted rookie at qb there haven't been many yards or targets to go around, so his recent stat lines arent too worrisome. i think he can beat out doucet. in 3 wr sets the cards would most likely rather have fitz, 6 '5 williams, and breaston in the slot rather than fielding 2 slot players with doucet. a #3 wr in that offense offers little redraft potential, but im holding in dynasty. his size, speed, and talent make him a great stash. i think at one point fitx was even pimping him as his successor.
