He has a crystal balldid you read that somewhere or just guessing Coltsnut?
GoodsonFrom Rotoworld:Mike Goodson is listed as the starter ahead of Jonathan Stewart for Sunday's game against the Seahawks.Goodson keep his starter's title even though he missed a bunch of practice this week to be with his newborn baby. We're expecting a pretty even timeshare, with Stewart the better bet for a touchdown.Source: Steve Reed on Twwho's starting?
The talent usually rises to the top, and Stewart is by far the more talented running back.Stewrt looks pretty darn good. Goodson looked good too but hes only got 3 carries . 1 did go for a TD. Lets see if the carries even out a bit.
Not really a good ride, considering he's been on my bench for three weeks until I finally started him.Looks like there giving Goodson no carries anymore . None really since the first series. They put Sutton in last drive to give Stewart a break. Guess the Goodson train end here. Oh well was a good ride.
After his injury, he came back for one play, that kick-off return.Watched the whole game. Seemed like almost all of the rushes were up the middle (Stewart), rarely to the outside (Goodson). And why not? Almost every run up the middle gains 6 against Seattle lately.
Goodson did get dinged, but continued to play later, even returned a KO for TD which was called back.
Seahawks got up by 2 scores and it was mostly Stewart rushing, with Terrell Sutton getting the leftovers, and looking decent.
This was the first Panther game I've seen this year, but I'd probably avoid Goodson if Stewart remains healthy. Looks like he's the main guy with Goodson getting a couple runs here and there (runs to the outside as he's their speed guy)
I'd be laughing at that if I hadn't started Goodson over Stewart. Hurts too much. And he looked plenty healthy to me on it while sprinting down the sideline.
I am starting to feel the same. Stewart could be a great play for fantasy playoffs.Mike Goodson - RB - PanthersMike Goodson suffered a sprained AC joint in his right shoulder during Sunday's loss to the Seahawks.Goodson, who picked up the injury while returning a second-half kickoff, said he is sore but "should be all right." We'll see. Either way, Goodson was playing way behind Jonathan Stewart on offense before the injury. Stewart will be the bell cow going forward.
Definitely worth a claim if he's still available. His matchup next week against Atlanta isn't favorable, and his date with Pittsburgh in week 17 definitely screams for the bench, but that week 16 Arizona game could win a lot of fantasy playoff matches. Even in the other two games, you have to like his potential as a flex, simply seeing as he's the only factor in the Carolina offense.I am starting to feel the same. Stewart could be a great play for fantasy playoffs.
