I mean wouldn't a pharma player have to file something? At this rate, it wouldn't take much to get above that 10% threshold at the very least. I was never good with the forms but wouldn't they have to disclose it as a proposed activist position sooner than later?Soneone's buying the stock and I think it's an institution. I am hoping it's an investor and not big pharma.
It does look like at least one day trader, Timothy Sykes got a hold of it. Will be interesting price dynamics. I would think a pullback once shorts get squeezed may be healthy assuming the bottom doesn't fall out of it.
