What makes it better than its competitors in your opinion?
Nothing as far as MOA/science. I’m betting on GILD/NIH DD more than my own here. Remdesivir pairing and NIH sponsorship means something IMO. Company valuation is fair and could be on robin hood list soon (uplist).

The irony is off the chart.

I have been really trying to educate myself on options recently.  Took an opportunity to sell a covered call on GRWG @ 7.50 strike.  It was just 1 contract, so not too much invested, but I am actually hoping that it gets activated so I can see how that works in actual practice.  I bought at $7.16 and sold the contract for $60.

If I am understanding this right, the price would have to go above about $8.10 for me to "lose" on the deal.

What is NIH?

I think I look at $MMM every couple months and go from "this looks like a bargain" to "is this company actually broken?" in a matter of seconds. They just don't seem to have gotten their game together since early 2018 but I still haven't deleted it from my watch list.

Every reasonable house that goes up for sale in my city is under contract same day or next day.

I had been looking for another rental property, but wow, really not worth how much I would need to overspend.
In exactly the same boat.  I found a good one 5 doors down from an existing rental of mine I bought just five years ago.  The sticker shock initially was a lot, but the rent increases made the numbers work.  I hesitated and didn't go the first day, already under contract before I could get out there.  Then another one got posted as "coming soon" for about $12,500 more, nice finishes, good condition, etc.  That additional $12,500 really put the math into a gray area so I held back, then the day it hit the market, also under contract.  As much as I want another rental or two so that I have a place to gain some return on my cash, it's just a dangerous market to chase right now I think.

I'm in the process of closing on a new rental and got 3.5% for 30 years.    Even with the inflated prices, at that rate I will easily cash flow.

Haha same here. Love the way they innovate with materials, still think they’rea great long term play.

Sold the PPL I acquired yesterday for a 2.25% profit.  Who ever imagined day trading utility companies.  Still hold a sizable position as part of my long term hold positions.

Should have bought lunch instead 🤣
  I just bought literally 2 shares of OHI. had some money left over from other trades.

Honestly I probably have too much of it now, half of one of my kids' college funds (the other half is VUG which I've held for over a decade)

I've learned my lesson.  I'm up early every morning and checking in multiple times a day.  I can pay a somewhat inflated price given today's rates for sure.  But in our market it's gotten to where the prices are even making returns at those rates questionable.  There's always a limit to what works, and anything around here that does work you have to move on quickly right now.

What, to DCA in? I only sunk $500 in, but never pleasant to see 15% drop in one day. Offsets the FMCI and INSG I bought.
I know it depends on the size of your account, but I'm DCA down.  It's worked out well for me on this stock.  I've been nibbling  down.

GBTC doing well again today.  Mancini tweet said bitcoin pattern looking like gold.  Targets of 15K and then 24K (currently 11.1).  Mancini has been pretty good with gold and silver so I am trusting him on Bitcoin and letting my GBTC ride.

Thanks to @hooter311 for the GBTC mention since I had no idea how to get to bit coin.

HGEN price has already dropped below cydy
They won’t have any news out for a while. Buy some if CYDY news on Thursday is bad. From the hot mess of that other thread there’s so many theories on how bad the results are because they weren’t published the day after unblinding.

I feel like I am a tiny minority who has a bit of patience. I’d be shocked if 99% of you guys could sit on the big gains I’ve got on ZM that become long term tax gains in October even if you’d  save 20-25% in taxes by waiting.

EVSI has given back almost all of it's recent gains.  Second chance to re-enter on GM's recommended stock.

Where do you expect this to go? I've been eyeballing this since you mentioned a few days ago.
Up.

The bottom appears to be around $2.15.  I will sell the most recent shares at $2.50.  I will begin to exit my long position at $2.80 and set limit orders up to $4 on the balance.

Sorry to ask, but which one is this?
WTI

Selling todays batch of Blmn at $10.75 for a 2.4% gain.

Dribbling into VBI again at $4.13.  I wouldn't make a substantial play at this level as it will likely drift lower.
