My wife and I started watching this a few weeks ago. Six seasons and we are in the middle of season three. About a hospital in Atlanta and the various members of the staff. Very good so far with many behind the scenes aspects of the medical business and how decisions are not always just about the patient.

Started Untamed on Netflix.
2 episodes in.
Suspicious death in a national park. Eric Bana, deals with personal demons while leading the investigation. Familiar formula but it's done well enough with some decent scenery.
I'm sticking with it.

I'm 3 episodes in and your thoughts mirror mine. Very familiar formula for today's new shows. I'm actually enjoying it though. I think the location is what really keeps my interest. If this was set in a big city I prolly would have bailed.

Watched all of 'Your Friends and Neighbors' on Apple TV yesterday

Unabashed Jon Hamm fan, so I liked it a lot, even though the premise becomes more and more farfetched as it moves along

Season 2 is upcoming at some point as well

So I took advantage of that HBO Max deal and decided to start with Peacemaker and while I liked Season 1 well enough to give season 2 a try, I have to agree with site consensus that it just wasn't as good. I might even argue that it was pretty awful but I still finished it since I'm either a glutton for punishment or a bit of a completionist. Season 1 was clearly the better story but a lot of the dialogue was very clunky and cringe worthy.. This is prevalent throughout but I noticed it more in s1 but that might be because I was paying attention more. Freddie Stroma was wasted as the needy/goofy/awkward comic relief. A large portion of the comedy didn't land (at least for me) but I guess that's the same as the poor dialogue complaint. I think they tried to make it too comedic and witty. I guess overall I feel like this was a bit poorly written (or maybe I just don't have the same sense of humor as James Gunn) and there was wasted potential here. I'd say watch season 1 but season 2 is very skipable (although I did like episode 4) Tim Medows was horrible casting and I wonder who thought that was a good idea. Ok, I'm off to watch Rome.

Late tot he party but watching S4 of The Witcher. I'm usually not in favor of lead character changes but gotta say, haven't noticed a difference. Solid so far, think I'm on episode 6.

I have noticed the difference and find it to be a significant distraction. The new actor isn't terrible but Cavill was perfect for the role.

im finding something this season seems cheaper or more b-grade than previous, from story telling thriugh art direction, lighting, hair/makeup etc etc. Not that i thiught previous season elite in all that, but noticebly offputting.

I agree but I think it was the writing. There were some real cringey scenes that felt tonally out of place, like the campfire where everyone is going around telling their backstories. And not sure if it was the writing or acting, but Hemsworth as Geralt just seemed like a nice guy rather than a tortured soul like Cavill played the character.

That said, I still generally enjoyed it and looking forward to the final season.

Is Ted Lasso, Severance, For All Mankind, Slow Horses, Silo, Foundation a decent order, considering that I'm not great at binging?

The change seems to have rolled out in the last few weeks, with one user on Reddit reporting that casting support was removed on November 10th “with zero warning.” My colleague Dom Preston also found that while he was able to cast to a TV from an older version of the Netflix app, the casting option was no longer available after the app was updated.
Casting support is still available on older Chromecast devices or TVs that support Google Cast natively, according to Netflix’s support page, but only for subscribers on pricier ad-free plans, which start from $17.99 per month. Netflix users with an ad-supported subscription ($7.99 per month) will be unable to cast from their phones even if they own legacy Chromecast devices.

The Lowdown - Sort of a Chinatown via Tulsa featuring a more competent, educated Big Lebowski. Done by the creator of Reservation Dogs. Ethan Hawke is good in the lead role; nice ensemble cast and helps create a Tulsaverse with a Rez Dogs cameo in it.

Death By Lightning - More interesting story about a man who was President for 3 months than it should be. Great actors and characters.

The Chair Company - Great show. WTF.

Black Rabbit - At times it felt like it was written by AI as it felt like there was every cliche in the book. We probably wouldn't have even finished it if it weren't for Bateman and Law; who did a good job.

50 Cent's "Sean Combs: The Reckoning" 4 episode documentary dropped on Netflix today.

Diddys camp calls it a "shameful hit piece" and "illegal," claiming it uses stolen, unauthorized footage and is driven by 50 Cent's personal vendetta.

Gonna watch it some time this week.
