Suicide Pools- Who are you taking Week 6 (1 Viewer)

Anyone in here involved in Suicide pools?

I have three picks left in my pool. I'm taking Pittsburgh, Green Bay and deciding between the Jets and Jaguars?I am afraid Jags could be a trap game. Also avoiding Philly going to the west coast.

Who are you taking this weekend and which games do you think look like clear winners but are destined for losses?

I can tell you right now that there is no way on earth the Browns go into Pittsburgh and pull out a win. Reasons:

1. Browns have lost 16 out of 17 and 11 in a row against the Steelers (please correct me if I'm wrong on that one, but I think that's accurate).

2. Pittsburgh is playing at home.

3. Browns are coming off a win which means they had Monday off, which means less preparation.

4. What are the chances that the Browns win 2 in a row this year?

5. Steelers have Polamalu back this week.

PIT is the easy selection.

2 picks remaining...took Pitt and Phil. 700 of the remaining 1000 people took one of those teams. The majority of the remaining took GB.

I'm thinking about going with Jax. Does anyone out there think it would be too risky or a bad idea?
I think there is a little risk with that pick...but it sure would be nice to use JAX instead of one fo the good teams mentioned above. roll the dice

Yeah, I think I'm taking Jacksonville but don't feel as good about it after watching them get slaughtered last week. I usually feel good about my pick though which is why suicide football is so crazy and this feels like one of those games. Although you would think they would work extra hard at home after losing a game like that I think Pittsburgh is a no brainer. I'm taking Green Bay as well, which already is responsible for one of my lost picks but Detroit is pretty miserable and should be really bad this weekend without Calivin johnson(?)

My suicide pool started with 4800 people. Down to 2500. 25 each pick so you do the math on the winner.

I'm going GB. I think PIT is the best matchup but I'm saving them for week 13 at home against Oakland and GB is nearly as good of lock and they don't have any great matchups at home left anyway.

I'm avoiding the Jets because of the short week and they have some nice matchups a bit later (week 10 vs JAC, week 12 vs CAR).

Can't be a trap since they are coming off a loss (a beating no less).Trap games are coming off of a win (usually a big one ) and looking ahead to a big opponent the following week. Not sure why you would think this is a trap game considering how they were embarrassed last week. A see another 42-0 drubbing with JAX involved
