Should Bulluck owners be starting someone else or is Bulluck safe to delpoy?

Should be safe. Didn't practice last week, started and played well. Most local reports have Bulluck expected to play this week, too. Always a little risky to start a guy who hasn't practiced, but Bulluck is about as safe as it gets in this situation -- if that makes sense.

Other than the Nick Harper news, nothing else surprising in the inactives. Will post anything else of note as it happens.
