I think it would help if their secondary could cover Hines Ward, and tackle Willie Parker.

But that's just me...

It pretty much accounted for 21 points.

block below the waist??

it was a tackle...jeesh
You cant do that on a change of posession I believe. Stupid ruel, I remember screaming about it earlier this season.
You CANNOT go low to take on a block on a change of possesion or on a return. Stop crying.
He didn't take the blocker on. He hit the ball carrier.
Someone wake me from this officiating nightmare... I'm not a Seahawk or Steeler fan.. adn have no money on this game.. this is unbearable though. A shame.

Thanks to Tivo, here's what Al Michaels said:"Here's the deal on this play. We think it's a bad call. Hasselbeck is making a tackle so he can go low. If you go low on a blocker, it's a cut."

u can all start whinning again now
I suppose we can't blame Steelers fan for enjoying the win...just do it with some dignity.
I think any dignity in here got lost a LONG time ago.Same guys in the real world that blame everything else but themselves when life doesn't go perfectly for them.

Even if I was a Steelers fan I would wish the refs would not have had such a big impact because they might have won the game anyway. Now it will be a win that will be discussed due to officiating.
I agree. Who knows how it really would have turned out, but unfortunately the officials have played a major role in this game on several occasions and for the same team..The one thing we didn't want to see and it happened...An absolute F for the officials in this game....

He was touched. Not a fumble. Hell, this one is so obvious maybe they can get it right.
Yeah, it's too obvious, they will get them later on something not as clear like holding or offensive pass interference.

We all said that with the Polamalu INT vs Indy. ANd we know how that turned out..

I think you have to be touched WHILE you're down.

He wasn't down yet when Foote hit his shoulder, and Foote didn't knock him down.

At least that's my understanding of the rule.

BOGUS 'pushing off' call on DJax in the first quarter.

Big Ben NEVER even SNIFFED the goal line with that football.

....and what do you think of that fumble call on Hasselbeck?

Seattle's made the mistakes when they had chances so they could've overcome the bad calls. But it seems extremely poorly balanced that ticky tack and bad penalties are coming at critical points against the Hawks. Ben had a scramble for a first where the RT tackled the defender and no call. Yaaaaay, they made a good call!!!

Obviously a Steelers fan

No, I really thought you had to be touched while you're down unless the contact is what knocks you down.
