Mine says I'm logged in and I don't see any video. I have 2 computers w/ my TV and am trying to get 3 games on at once.

 
At least you got logged in. First try, I got an error that I was already logged in :kicksrock: ...Did an ipconfig /release , /renew. Now I get a request timed out error.

 
can't find anything either. this sucks! one of the reasons I bought superfan was this feature. hopefully it works later today.

 
Keeps telling me the user name and password are incorrect but I'm pretty sure I'm entering the right ones. :goodposting:

I had the same issue. I logged in from the main page then into Superfan Stream. I now have a message stating that it doesn't start until game time which is what I remember from last year, too.

I'm logging in to the separate Supercast application on my Mac (which I just downloaded and installed). I assume you are going through the browser?
 
Same BS I ran into last year. it didn't work for me until week 2 or 3. It's as if they don't plan for having a couple million subscribers logging in after they've sold them the service each year. I think we should all inundate them with customer service calls over the next week demanding money back/off. :confused:

 
I just installed it, but when I try to login it times out. Then it says the username and password is wrong, but it isn't. Then I try again and it times out, then I try again and it says inivalid username or paswword, then I try again and it times out. You get the picture. Is this the trouble others are having?

this is some bull. Any chance we can get it fixed by calling dtv up and causing a btchstorm?
 
I'm in... but it didn't work until 1:01 EST. They really need to improve their messaging. It would help with our expectations immensely.

 
Does anyone know if this works for Monday Night games? I have to work tonight and would like to see if the web browser version will let me watch.

 
Mine keeps telling me the username and password are incorrect, just like it did all day in week 1. I'm in Europe this weekend and this is the only way I can watch the games!! I called DTV and wore them out! $20 off my next bill, but no Supercast! The guy told me they were having login issues. Yeah, that's f'n great.
