14 Team - 1pt PPR - Start 1QB/2RB/3WR/1TE/1FLEX/1 Superflex
It is a small devy...each year the league is allowed to have 20 total devys rostered. It doesn't matter who owns them or how many one person owns, there just can't be more than 20 in the league. Each year, devys declare and we know how many devy spots are available to be drafted. Devys are taken in the regular rookie draft. Owners are eligible to draft a devy in place of a rookie whenever they want, but the option to take a devy will be gone once the amount drafted + the amount owned already have combined to hit 20. To be clear, guys who are entering the draft are no-longer part of the 20 from the previous year's count.
