I have commissioned multiple dynasty leagues for over 10 years now, and all of them are still standing today. We try to improve each year by incorporating all owners' ideas and have a great system for each aspect of a dynasty league. I believe a great set of by-laws that are enforced properly, combined with a unique and active community of owners is what sets a league apart from one that may fold, to one that thrives and continues forward. I'm looking for one candidate that displays the following:

1. Is active and engaged with the league and its owners. Ideally is naturally drawn towards seeking roster improvement through trades and waivers throughout the year.
   
2. Responds to inquiries and participates in discussions, votes, trade proposals/requests, etc.
   
3. Likes IDP and Superflex format
   
4. Wants to win and embraces challenge

I believe in all 12 owners equally owning a league, including the commissioner. I try to encourage participation and fully believe that all 12 owners own the league together and are not better or worse than the other.
