But with these parameters
I'd probably go with Love

Easily it's J Love for me, based on Jameis playing in Sharknado today in Cleveland. I'm in a double QB league and for my 2nd QB have to decide between Jameis and Jake Haener and probably leaning Haener since he won't have freezing rain hitting his face every play.
