Superflex QB value question - Wilson (1 Viewer)

Once our rookie draft is complete this weekend I'm looking to shop Russell Wilson to the guy who picks Dart. We have some very QB needy teams picking in the first round so one will take Dart looking for him to be a starter at some point. I expect Wilson to start the season but who knows for how many games. Dart could be starting midseason or they let him sit until closer to the end of the year (or next) if the Giants happen to be winning some games.

What do you guys think is a fair offer for Wilson. Gives a QB needy team a starter until Dart takes over - whenever that is - this year or next.

Second round draft pick? Maybe a 26 or 27 second? I know Wilson's value will be the highest week 1 or 2 when he is starting but could lose value quickly if Dart takes over.

If you don't need Wilson in any way then I would take whatever you can get. He won't command a lot in return and if the guy that has Dart is in a rebuild he may not even want Wilson because he probably wants to lose to better his draft pick. Because of that Wilson really has virtually zero value even in SF.

His most value might be if he starts the season off well and a contender needs an emergency QB early in the season. There are a lot of dominos that need to fall for that to happen but that is probably your best chance at anything of value coming back in return.

I would be shocked if you got anything better than a '26 3rd rounder and I would take the "under" for you getting even less in return.

Appreciate the response. We have some very solid teams that are just short a QB. Maybe I can package up Wilson + a pick to move up to the 2nd round. All depends on who takes Dart.

As you mention if Wilson is starting and playing well maybe a team could use him midseason to fill in for an injury and/or bye weeks.
