Man his rankings vary from 4-24 in redraft. Mark Wimer has him at 4.

I like him a lot this year.

Discuss please

I own him, and like him as a #2 reciever. Hasselbeck will toss plenty of balls his way. What really concerns me is whether or not he can stand on his own. Last year his TD's were held down because there was no threat opposite him with Chad injured. I am concerned that he'll have the same problems this year.

I think he'll do well this year. He's got the perfect skill set for a QB like Hasselbeck. Runs great routes, has great hands, will go across the middle to make the tough catch. He can go up in traffic and come down with the ball. There isn't much Housh cant do.

I think Hass will find him early and often and make him a big factor in the passing game this year. Think DJax from a few years ago with better hands.

I expect 800 - 1000 8-10 td's

He should be a good WR2 or great WR3.

Keep in mind that Housh had Fitzpatrick as his QB for most of last year.

;) I think Housh will do very well in SEA. Anyone that records 90+ catches 3 yrs in a row can stand by himself. Anyone who watched any of the Bengals' games last year saw that Fitzpatrick was at best laughable. He was awful. Great #2 WR with around 1000 yds and at least 7 TDs.

Is Mora going to run the same offense he used in Atlanta? Or is he running Holmgren's offense? One is very WR-friendly, the other not so much. That could have a huge impact on Housh's fantasy performance this year.

Very good point.

Mora is a defensive minded head coach.Gregg Knapp will be his offensive coordinator. Knapp ran the offensive in Atlanta (with Mora as head coach) and most recently in Oakland. However, its tough to best evaluate what to expect based on this due to personnel. Knapp was also the offensive coordinator in San Francisco for a year when they posted very respectable offensive statistics.

Most of the local press has been focused on the zone blocking scheme coming to Seattle, but I think Knapp will utilize Hasselbeck and put it in the air a lot. That's just my gut feeling.

I'm high on TJ this year relative to where he's being drafted. Right now he's lasting until the end of the 3rd beginning of the 4th in standard 12 team leagues and is right around the 15th WR taken. I think he will fit very well in Seattle and I actually think that he will help make the other Seattle WRs much more viable as well, especially Burleson. Another positive for TJ is the subpar running game that Seattle will most likely have and I find it likely that Seattle will utilize the short, possession type passes to replace what is lacking due to the running game. The only concern I have for TJ is what effect Carlson will have on him as Carlson is the biggest threat to TJ's possession WR role. But, even with the Carlson concern, I think TJ has the outside chance to sneak into the top 10 by season's end if he can make it to double digit TDs, but I'm not drafting him counting on that type of production.

The best part about TJ though is simply where his ADP is. He's right at the end of the suitable WRs as far as I'm concerned. Many of the WRs going right after TJ have many more questions. I'm sure a few of those WRs drafted after TJ will outperform him this year, but many of them will drastically under perform him. A perfect example is Marshall. While Marshall could be a steal in the 4th round, he could also be the draft pick that ruins your season because he is much more of a boom or bust type of pick. TJ on the other hand is almost a guarantee to finish within the top 15 WRs. So while I don't think I'd want TJ as my WR1 due to his slightly limited upside, I would love to have him as my WR2 because I think you know what his worst case scenario is and it's no where near as bad as some of the other WRs being taken in the same area of drafts.

Knapp hasn't had a real accurate QB ha he? Maybe this year he uses all them plays he has but couldnt use before?

It will be nice as a Seahawk fan to see a WR on our team that can catch the ball. Hass has had so many dropped catchable balls.

That's all interesting, but really you are purely speculating. When Mora and Knapp worked together in Atlanta - the best comparison we have - they ran the ball a ton.
