My league counts kick & punt returns. Is T. McGee supposed to still be the kick returner?

Who are the top kick returners that have WR or DB positions as well?

return touchdowns 10 ponits, 1 pnt for every 25 yards, 5 pnt bonus each 100 yards

This is true. I lost in the title game lasy year because of him. Check week 16 last year.
