T.V. show Scorpion/Favorite brand of aged Chedder Cheese (1 Viewer)

So I'm watching last season of Scorpion. Once again I can't believe how far fetched some of the scenarios are. They are able to separate the antidote from the ferret blood, only because they luckily had a taco truck handy on a palacial estate, during a diplomatic negotiation. And now they have a pet. Ferret Bueller. Why do I like this awful show? Is it because it reminds me of my favorite 80's shows like the A Team? Nah, it's probably the eye candy. A happy ending from Happy would be so $$.

I always try the new aged Chedders as they arrive at Whole Foods. Old Quebec, Canadian Super Sharp was always my favorite. Grafton and Cabot also have some really good ones. Now they have a new seven year chedder that I can't get enough of. It's made by Novak. Has anyone tried it? Anybody have any new chedder to recommend. Juergan and I love this new duel topic direction.

No suggestion, but anytime I can get one of those older cheddars where it is has the crystals from age ...beauty.

I'm chewing the crystals right now in the Novak. It's a fine line between good crystals and sour taste at times, but this Novak is really good.

I'm also waiting to see if Scorpion can find the hikers from a plane crash before the Santa Anna winds push the fires near them.

If you'll allow me some liberty I will tie this thread together for you.

I got some of this at Whole Foods over the summer and it was so GD good. Hottest Chee I ever ate by a country mile. I like really hot food and this was near my upper limit. SCORPION PEPPER CHEDDAR CHEESE

Scorpion was a great idea horribly executed. The contrast to well aged cheddar is poignant. Well thought out, classic and well executed!

Anyone ever try a whiskey chedder? Good stuff right there. There is a Dublin brand that has a great one.
