I have a draft question. My league a ppr with 1QB, 3wr, 1te, 1 flex(wr,rb, te) 1pk,d 1def and only 3 bench players(can't be qb or k. What would be youe draft stratergy for this shorh bench team?

Take the best player available.  You will have lots of opportunity to pick up free agents as the year goes on.

However, if I understand correctly you don't have to play a RB.  If you can't get one of the top few I probably don't worry about forcing one.

Only a RB in flex? Oops, I forgot to list 1RB.

With 3 WR and only 1 RB I would consider the zero RB strategy unless you have a top 4 pick, with such a small roster there will always be RB's who will pop up and be available that can win your league.
