Garcia. Barring injury, I expect it to remain that way. I don't know why they signed Griese to begin with. (Personally don't see him as an upgrade over McCown)

I think Garcia proved last week that he gives TB the best chance to win and he will be the starter going forward barring injury or a losing streak attributed to bad QB play.

I still think the achilles' heel of the Bucs is their inability to throw the ball downfield with Garcia at QB. I hope I am wrong, but I am worried that I am not.
