Tashard Choice worth keeping for Week 5 and beyond? (1 Viewer)

Any Dallas homers have any information on MBIII, supposedly he tightened up and that is why he didn't play much in the 2nd half.

I know Barber is listed as questionable already for KC but if he plays is it safe to drop Choice considering week 6 is the bye week and week 7 is when Jones comes back?

all signs point to Choice shouldering the load this week @KC

I wouldn't cut bait just yet with Barber already nicked up and Jones being as fragile as he is

From what Jerry Jones said Barber didn't agrevate his injury at all, don't know whether to belive it or not because I would've expected him in the game at the end there. While I hope Felix doesn't get hurt agian, I think his injury prone tag may be a fit, and the backup in Dallas is always nice to roster. My league has a max moves of 17, so I'm holding for the reasons listed above.

It is all about touches..if T-Cho gets 15+ touches wil will have good value. I would keep him at least another week.

Hes a great play this week even if Barber plays because they are gonna romp KC. But why would they waive Washington if Barber is hurt again?

I'm keeping him as a lottery ticket who already has good value in PPR. No reason to drop him when he's already been a decent flex for two weeks.

They waived Washington because they need safeties. They have 2 safeties hurt and so only 2 left for the KC game.As for Choice, expect him to be the 3rd down back against KC, at minimum. So he's a legit play in PPR. On the high end, he gets the vast majority of the touches like at the end of last year. More than likely, we see a split between him and Barber like was shown against Denver.

IMO he's good for 50 yards with a chance at a breakout any time either Felix or MB3 is out or limited. Given the frailty of the other two, I would hold onto Choice in all but shallow leagues. Against the Chiefs I could see 100+ for Choice as they won't overwork MB3 and then he becomes a lottery ticket again in week 7+.

and he is the only Dallas back that has stayed healthy the last two years.

I think you are hearing a little CYA from the from Wade Philips on why Barber was used so little in the 2nd half. Philips is taking a lot of heat in the local media along with Jason Garrett. Remember Jason Garrett was hired before Philips and watching the games it doesn't look like there is much communication between them during the games. JMO of course.

agree with the above posters . . .

it's rare in today's game that you keep the #3 back - but with Barber and Felix's injury history, you would be wise to hold onto Choice . . .

Whose rompin who? What makes you think the Cowboys have any chance at romping the Chiefs in KC? No chance. I predict a Cowboy loss, write it down.

I realize you are probably upset about the cowboys slow start but the Chiefs are one of the worst teams in football. They lost to the ####in Raiders.
