TE season-long injury dynasty value (1 Viewer)

My question pertains to what the action people take when you lose a TE for the season (Eifert) in a dynasty league where this person's perceived value is high. I ask specifically in a large dynasty league, where you keep many players (14 of 22), and there's no flex spot.

Obviously the value of this person doesn't change over the long haul, however, considering how most can only roster two TEs (as is the case with me) and your other TE is of high value (Ertz) and both were intended on being keepers.

Do you ride your other TE out, disregarding matchups, and take the hit of not starting a TE the week your healthy one has a Bye or do you cut the strings and hopefully draft him next year...most likely losing him?

I believe Eifert will get a significant role in Hue Jackson's offense and I think Eifert is one of the premier dynasty TEs, so that will color my view on this. Eifert is on IR designated to return so I'm sure he will be back later in the season. Ertz bye is in week 7 so that's your main challenge unless your roster situation changes over the next four weeks so that you'll find yourself with the available roster spot to pick up another TE, but in case that doesn't happen...do you really don't have any other players to drop rather than Eifert? Who do you have on your roster?

And in any case you should be able to trade Eifert rather than cut him if the league is indeed large with 22 man rosters.
