What are your thoughts on this team, and what should I look to improve?  Would you try to move Miller and/or a WR for a rookie RB or someone like Brady?

League Info:
12 team, $200 salary cap 0.5 PPR league, start 1QB, 1RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1FLEX (RB/WR/TE), 1D, 1K, full dynasty (keep everyone, salaries go up each year), 15-17 players.

Current Salary:  $183

QB - Cousins ($11), Palmer ($4)
RB - L. Miller ($27), David Johnson ($25), Perkins ($3), J. Stewart ($1)
WR - Julio ($39), Evans ($21), Allen Robinson ($15), Watkins ($11), Parker ($7), Fuller ($1)
TE - Eifert ($9), Doyle ($4)
K  - Lutz ($2)
D  - Giants ($2), Vikings ($1)

Good looking squad. Depth at RB is a little suspect with Perkins and Stewart, but the rest of the team should more than cover that.

I think what you would have to give up to get Brady would hurt your team overall more than it would help it.  

Miller/Johnson and Julio/Evans with Cousins is worth more than 3 of the four of them with Brady.

I'd probably ride with your team and maybe try and improve your RB depth somewhere down the road.  If you can get a rookie RB without giving up too much, I'd say go for it.

I would definitely try to improve at QB, your obvious weakness. Palmer has 1, maybe 2 good years left? Hard to say - he's risky as hell. And I'm one of the few who's still not sold on Cousins - especially since I think he'll be a 49er next year (which I like as a Niners fan, but probably a downgrade)

I wouldn't go trying to deal for Brady, because Brady ain't young and he'd cost a fortune. I would target a QB you think has youth and upside. Mariota comes to mind. Wentz would be a cheaper option. 

Or just wait and draft a QBOTF next year so you don't weaken yourself.
