Tennessee Defense production (1 Viewer)

Griffin, Witherspoon, Brown, Ayers, and Verner all went off this weekend.

Seems unsustainable (unless their offense continues to play so poorly). This was mostly a circumstance due to the beating they took, right?

However, more importantly, who are the regular producers here when McCarthy is on the field?

I've got Verner and McCarthy, but am tempted to drop Kelvin Sheppard for one of these Titans for my DP spot.

If McCarthy plays, do any of these guys produce well (or if McCarthy is out again, which one has the best game next week?)...and are they worth dropping Sheppard for?

McCarthy is a sure bet, but he'll not play this month. If you have room on your bench and no other needs then stash him.

So when McCarthy comes back, does Ayers keep up his production?

Trying to decide between Ayers and Witherspoon this week, any preference? (not sure which to pick up and which has better value after McCarthy returns)

When McCarthy is back 'Spoon will go back to being a two down backer.

I'd guess that Ayers would have the best production over the year, and likely score at least as much as 'Spoon until McCarthy is back. Then McCarthy should outscore Ayers who outscores 'Spoon.

Assuming you picked up McCarthy to begin with it comes down to whether you think you'll either be starting both him and Ayers afterwards or if you can trade Ayers to another owner or if not you just drop 'Spoon (or Ayers if you like).
