Who can you pick up off the waiver wire that you expect to have a standout game?
My pick is
Terrence McGee has 3 things going for him this weekend.
1) A Dallas team that is averaging 6.25 scores per game this year. Which means Means McGee should get around 7 kick off returns (With the kickoff to start the game or 2nd half). He is averaging a little over 28 points per return. That should give him a total around 200 yards. In my league we get 1 point for every 25 yards. That right there is 8 points.
2) Romo puts a lot of balls in the air and the Dallas run game gets past the initial defense often. This Makes for a lot tackles for the secondary. A lot of tackles against Dallas have been made by the DB's. Right now McGee is averaging about 3 tackles per game (missed one game). I can see him getting a tackle or two more against Dallas. That right there is 5 points.
3) Bonus points*** possible pass deflections (2 points), interceptions (3 points), return touchdown (6 points) That right there is a possible 2 to 12 points.
McGee has the potential to be huge during week 5 against Dal. Look for a total over 10 points, but don't be surprised if McGee gets more than 15. My call is that he will be IDP high scorer this week in return yardage leagues.
