I can tell you that the preason games had Crayton benefitting WAY more than Witten. In fact, in the Denver game, the Cowboys opened up in a 3WR (TO, Crayton, and Hurd) set with no TE. Crayton is a clutch possession WR. He is not a playmaker. But, he does get open
I would think it would benefit both of them, but it will put Crayton on the field a lot more ofthen than he otherwise would have been, wheras it probably has very little impact on Witten's PT. The WR starting on the other side of T.O. gets no double coverage, and rarely will face the opposition's top corner. If Crayton is somehow able to stay at WR2 for the Cowboys I would think he has a shot at top 25 production this season. Crayton seems like a money pick in the 11-15 round range (12 team, start 3 WR) to me. Very high upside for a low pick.
