Any posts on Walter and Jacoby Jones are appreciated.
4-3, Blackstock got the start in Okeafor's place. Are the Cards playing a 3-4 or a 4-3 defense? I'm curious as to whether the injury to Okeafor has shelved their plans to switch to a 3-4 this season.
Houston offense has looked pretty good. Daniels, AJ, Schaub ...Green and Jones not too bad either.
I thought that he would push for serious playing time later in the season, but he may be a starter sooner than that.Jacoby Jones picking up where he left off last week....Edited to add a 15 yd reverse and another 1st down catch...
I agree Nerd, Walter had an early grab, but has done nothing since.I thought that he would push for serious playing time later in the season, but he may be a starter sooner than that.Jacoby Jones picking up where he left off last week....Edited to add a 15 yd reverse and another 1st down catch...
passing attack looks really good...
You know... this is why I have Rackers as my sleeper K. Excellent Pass, incredibly average run game, new coach, new (and excellent) special teams coord. I don't think Rackers will put up the numbers from 2005 but I also don't think he'll have all the crazy long misses that he always seemed to have under Greene. He was perfect for kicks under 40 last year.Yes, EJ has always sucked in short yardage FYI. I think people are seeing how his "greatness" was more than a little attributable to the rest of the Colts' O. Not saying he wasn't/isn't good, but....
Prior to his injury, he was a great back... after injury he was a decent back on a great O... don't mistake the two for each otherYes, EJ has always sucked in short yardage FYI. Looked like he had a little speed there on the PR TD.Sage and Jones both looking good. Jones has no speed but otherwise looks very good IMO. Definite value in deeper leagues.
Jacoby looked speedy enough for me on that punt return for a TD.Sage and Jones both looking good. Jones has no speed but otherwise looks very good IMO. Definite value in deeper leagues.
-reverse to Boldin on the first play, Boldin launches it downfield to Fitz. incomplete but PI. Boldin threw it 50 yards. Fitz was about 5 yards behind the DB but had to hold up and drew the penalty
Can anyone tell me who was the Arizona receiver in the 1st drive, in the 1st Q who was in on the 55-yard Defensive Pass Interference infraction?
Good question. I think Lundy got to play first last week, this week was Gado's turn. From what I understand it's still very much undecided. Here's a blurb on it (bottom of page)...http://www.houstontexans.com/news/Story.asp?STORY_ID=3509is Gado ahead of Lundy?
out for the year with a knee injuryIs Chris Taylor still on the Texans??? Is he even a worth a look in a deep dynasty?
Keep watch. Could be number 2 by start of the season and Schaub is very underated. He's seems to be the Jennings of last year.Jacoby Jones picking up where he left off last week....Edited to add a 15 yd reverse and another 1st down catch...
