The 1.05 and Lacy or late 2018 1st and Hyde (1 Viewer)

I recently took an orphan and have been rebuilding.

12 team .5 ppr start QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, TE, 2Flex WR/RB/TE

Was offered 

Hyde and Marquse Lee and a probably a late 2018 1st.

for

Lacy and Dwayne Allen and the 1.05 (Cook?)

Let me add 2018 skill position draft looking to be very deep in 1st round. But who can say?

I think Lacy and the 1.05 for me. Have to figure that 1.05 will be a good RB out of this class. For me that would be the piece that would be the motivation for making the trade

If you're rebuilding, then I absolutely want the Lacy and 1.05 side.  I am not high on Hyde and his window is now, since you don't know how the new coaching staff will use Hyde.

I think Lacy is pretty much an insta-sell for me, and is no lock to even make the Seahawks this year. That said, the 1.5 is clearly the most valuable part of the deal. I'd stay put and shop Lacy aggressively.

I am rebuilding. The veteran pieces would be a slam dunk for me but 1.05 vs  late 2018 1st is where I pause. Lacey feels washed whereas Hyde is a big question. Imagine if he went to Colts next year..

Lee I believe has sneaky value, Allen I'm not sure is even good though I used to believe.

Lee could supplant Hurns as the #2 in JAX, but JAX is going to run the ball a lot.  You don't draft a RB 4 overall and not give him the rock 20+ times.

1.05 vs late 1st is a big deal.  Difference between getting a good player that can contribute soon vs a likely lottery ticket.

I stick with Lacy and the 1.05.  I am probably in the minority here but I think Lacy has a good year in Seattle.
