Once Cam gets his timing down with the new receivers (which won't begin until training camp due to him rehabbing), I don't think there will be any drop off in WR production. I expect it to be better than last year once they are on the same page. I like the mix of vets and youngsters. Cam also has familiarity and security with Olsen, and I think Olsen will again be a big part of the offense.
Not this team. We had a WR kill his baby momma and we had an RB killed by his wife. If it turns out Hardy has any fault Richardson will want him shipped out and fast. Given Hardy's past I would be shocked if there wasn't some kind of "morals" clause in his tender. This team suffers DUIs and drug use a lot better than any form of domestic violence.

Good riddance. Now I can listen again....they should promote Colin from the AM imo. I too believe that him being on the show the way he was lead to DG not wanting him here, at least in part. Just seemed like more ammo for DG. Though, I will say Smith went to the mat for the team during that 1-3 part of the season.
Good news. I am still on the skeptical side as news out of pre-season always seems positive. It would be fantastic if Kelvin ends up being as good as the team thinks he will, especially considering their red zone lack of success. Even if he doesn't catch a TD, just realizing (like someone like Calvin - no, he isn't there yet) that he will have to be accounted for will help. Last year, we really didn't have a WR red zone threat, so they keyed on Cam. Even with my skepticism, I thought from the beginning that his red zone ability would improve us. You might recall my earlier posts before the draft where I was thinking that with Cam's surgery and limited access to WRs along with all of the attempts to get out from salary cap hell that 2014 is sort of a lost year IMHO. Of course, they will try, but with the OL losses, WR losses, etc., I was hoping the draft was based on getting as much WR/OL talent to get them ready to go for 2015. None of the guys like McNutt and King have any real game experience. Well some of that will belong to our draftees and DG will likely carry over some for emergency. Leaving us enough to possibly grab a serviceable vet OL that gets cut for some young guy. Although it would probably be a depth signing as they seem happy with what they have.
Perhaps. Not sure what we would trade. The guys most likely to get interest on our roster tend to have high price tags. But who knows?
No clue who the will be, but I would love it to be Benjamin, Underwood and McNutt/King after they thoroughly outplay the other vet FAs they brought in. Probably not join to happen, but it would be great if at least 2 of those 4 really stepped up in camp/pre-season.
He's fast...but soft. Not sure how he makes the team with everyone else on the roster unless it's purely for special teams. That is, if you're talking about the Brown kid...forget his first name. Craig maybe?
Philly Brown is it. Actually he was quoted as saying he would be perfectly happy purely in the return role. I don't know about the soft thing but the coaches seemed impressed with him so far.

Glad to see Cam won't get into the pissing match, but how would he know how tough NE's workouts are?
It's really more a matter of Lafell continuing to say things that seem like digs. I still can't tell if it's intentional or not. But no player is going to say their camp isn't as tough as someone else's anyway.
