The Audible Roundtable LIVE! - 12/2/10 - 10pm ET (1 Viewer)

Just for fun let's hear your Fantasy Super Savers for any given playoff week - remember Volek and Bennett maybe 5 years ago? They really helped some fantasy teams.

Any specific lower tier players you see bursting onto the scene with huge games? This is just for fun so throw out some names!!!!

I'd appreciate if Cecil could give us a good picture of what Tebow would be capable of in a week16 matchup with Houston - I play in a 2QB league and have had a lot of injuries so Tebow may actually be a good plus and play if I can get to week16 and Orton is benched.

We saw what Rusty Smith did against Houston - what could Tebow do?

Three guys in similar situations that may be able to produce Top 15 numbers over the final leg of the NFL and Fantasy Season.....rank them (non-ppr)

Mike Goodson

Tashard Choice

Anthony Dixon

Thanks

E

For those of us who have already clinched, which defenses should we be looking at in WK15?

Also, what players do you see rising up from the ashes to win FF owners their leagues?

Thanks in advance guys!

Injuries have killed my team this year (Romo/Stafford/Gore/Best/Wells/Marshall/Nicks all on the same team!). Since I got off to a hot start I am rolling into the playoffs still.

I need help at RB could you please pick the top two guys for weeks 14-16

Goodson

Westbrook

M. Morris

S. Greene

Forsett

R. Bush

R. Williams

A. Dixon

Already secured a first-round bye, so this week and next week are not all that important. BUT, what do you think of the chances of either Kenny Britt or Vincent Jackson making an impact in Week 15/16. Also, do you think Joseph Addai is going to be ready to go for those weeks, as well? I'm a little down on Darren McFadden after the past two weeks, so I need a solid flex alternative.

Thanks as usual, and enjoy the game tonight!

LEAGUE MANAGEMENT

I always like to introduce new rules every year to keep owners active, which type of leagues do you prefer:

- 16 team vs 12 team

- 1 QB vs 2 QB

- IDP: DL or separate DT and DE (DB or separate S and CB)

- Team D: Unit or separte D from Special Teams

- Scoring: Same PPR for all players or based on position (RB 0.5 / WR 1.0 / TE 1.5)

Any NEW wrinkle you can suggest for my league parameters are welcome.

Thanks...

Love to hear your thoughts regarding the Titans passing game going forward this year.

They have a monster schedule and look to get Collins back this week and possibly Britt next week.

With Moss, Britt and Washington do you see this passing game being fantasy relevant?

I'd like to get all of your thoughts on Andrew Luck as a prospect. Matt wrote an excellent article this week for his Film Room column, but I would be eager to hear the thoughts of Sig and Cec.

As a Panthers fan, I'm torn as to whether I want to win or not... I'm leaning towards wanting to lose the rest of our games because I feel that Luck is an unmissable QB.

Oh my god, please get off this Orton vs Tebow thing.

1) No NFL franchise no matter how idiotic would sit the best QB they have had since John Elway for what is probably the highest likelyhood of being a bust out of this years NFL draft, Tim Tebow.

2) Great NFL QBs do not grow on trees. Just because you drafted someone in the first round doesn't mean they will be any good. Ryan Leaf, Rick Mirer, Lienhart, Vince Young, etc etc etc. First off, Vince Young was 10 times the QB in college that Tebow was and even he failed or at best deserves to be Orton's shoe shine guy. On the other hand Orton has been playing LIGHTS OUT, yes, in the NFL and not on some college team that plays appalacian state. On this Broncos team, he has been the best player. To sit him in favor of Tebow is beyond idiocy. It's like sitting Tom Brady because he was drafted in the 7th round and you got some QB that was drafted in the 1st round.

3) You have been making this prediction since the beginning of year. You have been telling people to trade away Orton over and over and over. Orton still puts up MONSTER numbers and has been one of the best fantasy QBs this entire season. Are you going to ever admit you were wrong for telling people to trade Orton? For making this prediction?

4) most importantly, your reasoning is unsound. All the reasons you brought up in this podcast were asinine. They made no sense. They will play Tebow because he "brings excitement" and he sells a lot of jerseys? Losing the lockerroom won't change anyone's mind because they have already lost some of the lockerroom? What sense does this make? Orton doesn't give them the best chance since they have only won 3 games? Where is the LOGIC? That statement makes no sense whatsoever.

What are your thoughts on Matt Stafford in dynasty leagues? Is his injury history a bad sign and owners should look to sell? Or is this just a flukey start to a promising career? Thanks in advance and as always, we appreciate your hard work.

Let's get some facts straight here first. My first Denver Post column I said that Orton would throw for 4,000 yards and 25 touchdowns. It's only in the last month have I spoken about the POSSIBILITY that Orton gets benched. Look at the situation - Denver is not winning. Something has to change and it may not be the head coach (yet). What happens after that? Yes, the QB could be benched. I supported Orton for most of the year but the guy is not clutch and does not win games. When the Broncos get down by more than a touchdown he puts it all on his shoulders and tries to do too much. In the end he will make a mistake that costs the Broncos the game. He has 5 game ending interceptions. Orton put up great garbage time points against the Rams last week, but once again the Broncos came up short. If they do not get back on the right track they could begin to mix Tebow in and possibly start him in the last two weeks. You need to be open to that possibility.

The Orton thing in my opinion is not being blown out of proportion by CL - he was a huge Orton supporter before the season began and at points during the season but as we have all seen Orton is just not getting the job done. I liked the way Orton played in the KC game and if he can come out playing like that in the next game than he buys himself some more time with a very winnable game against ARZ in week14.

Tebow is certainly a possibility has he has been drafted by McD to be the future starter (whether he is a bust or not). If the season is lost (it could be after this weekend) than McD may go with the rookie in the last 1 or 2 games.

CL is putting it out there as a possibility and he is targetting owners who may have gotten Orton late or picked him off of the WW.

For me trading Orton or benching him is not an option - I am in a 2QB league and Orton is my #1 and I have little depth behind him. I have to hope that he comes out and puts up a few good games and the Broncos win.

However if Orton was my #2QB in a start 1QB league than I would have sold high a few weeks ago with the possibility of the broncos stinking it up the rest of the way.
