No way he picks either of the last two.  If he does, once they see the video of him and Cassie they will know they were his second choice.

I like how Katie is getting grief for saying to Colton some girls are not ready to be married (Caelynn, Cassie), and guess what? Colton falls for the girl (Cassie) who is not ready to be married. He should have been thanking Katie last night. Of course, Cassie has probably changed her mind and Colton and Cassie are making wedding plans as we speak. I would like to see Taysha as the next bachelorette.

What? This thread lives??? Even though it was all staged the fence jumping episode was an all time great!

And here I thought I was the only one that somehow binge watched the entire season in like two nights with my wife just to get caught up to the fence jumping scene an hour after it aired. My wife forgot to cancel the DVR recording so...  :bag:

It's funny that Demi tries to come across as this super sexual woman, when I think it is probably someone like Sydney, with that flexible dancer's body who would really show Colton what being a man is all about.

quick questions:

Just saw on the news that this season is finishing up tonight and they mentioned he was/is a virgin.  Is there a reason he stayed a virgin this long and did he lose it in the fantasy suite?  thanks

He went to one fantasy suite and the woman said it was ... interesting. They didn't do it. Then he was really excited about the next fantasy suite, but she broke up with him rather than go. He then called off the third fantasy suite with the hottest woman there, sent the other two woman home and went after the second woman. They eventually did get a fantasy suite with her, and the way he tried to contain his smile after seemed to indicate that he lost it there, though they wouldn't say for certain.

Hannah B. Ugh. Won't be watching Bachelorette. They chose the woman who couldn't even talk when on her date with Colton. And she's really annoying. Hannah G, that I would have watched.

Agreed.  She is attractive but her personality is awful.  It will be a painfully awkward season with her nervous smiling all the time.  I predict a record number of self evicting guys.

I just don’t get it. She was expectedly awful in what I watched of last night before fast forwarding. Seemed like the perfect opportunity to pick one of the women in the final three who didn’t even get the opportunity to get down to the final rose, both of which would have been a ton better. Maybe they thought they were boring, but they could have gone black again (too soon?) or I’d be happy to just look at Hannah G be cute. Even Hannah B’s rival would have been better.

Roll Tide crap is going to get old in a hurry - except when they force Saban to do something stupid on one of the group dates. Look on his face will be awesome.

One guy last night looked less than enthused. They signed up for this back in Nov so it's a surprise! for them.
It will easily be the worst one ever.

Left on ABC after Jeopardy and Bachelorette came on.  The start of this episode was pretty wild.  This guy that just came back on with a ring in his pocket after being eliminated, and refusing to leave after she told him repeatedly to go away, is a freaking psycho. I hope for her safety that she does not need to get a restraining order some day.

I hadn’t watched all season but fast-forwarded through fantasy suites and after she just went to the fantasy suite with three guys, getting it on with at least two of them, the last one tells her that he’s abstained from sex for 3.5-4 years now and is saving himself for marriage, and he’s confident they are on the same page with their morals. Then he says “If you told me you had sex with one or multiple of these guys, then I’d be wanting to go home 100%. But if that’s something you’re not going through then I’m just going to continue the relationship and move on.” I’m like this ... is ... awesome.

Then he won’t get in the limo after she tells him to leave, so she tells him that she did have sex, not just in the fantasy suite but in a windmill, and Jesus still loves her. Hannah may suck, but this was a top-10 Bachelor series moment.

My wife told me that she wants a shirt that says “I have had sex and Jesus still loves me”.

Next episode is what I watched, and the guy went total nutso.

I'll record. I'm on the West Coast. Seems like this dud of a season is going to have a good ending.

Luke wouldn't have done anything differently. Chris not telling Hannah that Luke was down there and then, after he leaves, telling her he came with a ring to propose, was amazing. Seemed like something out of Unreal.

So, the guy who pulled her aside to tell her Luke wasn’t there for the right reasons wasn’t there for the right reasons. He came on just to promote his music career and told a woman he loved her the day before leaving to do the show. When she chose him and pledged her love, his reaction was like that’s nice, here’s a song. 🤣 I can’t believe the guy who was her second choice is going to date her rather than be the Bachelor. That guy needs to get to his senses quick. Almost paradise!

Jed gets bashed by everybody cause he was dating a girl 3 months ago before coming on the show and not being truthful about it.....but Hannah gets plowed 4 times in a windmill by a guy that doesn't even make it to the final two.....and 72 hours before telling Jed "he is the one"...heck of a hall pass she gets...

paradise starts tonight !

Pointing out that kind of hypocrisy on air would really ruin the whole experience. People really want to believe the focal drama queen/king is some kind of hero who has overcome such diversity just to be able to sit on the couch with Chris and discuss anything at all.

To be fair, I believe Hannah didn't have a problem with him having dated the other girl when they first discussed it. She had a problem when she found out that he had lied to her about how serious the other relationship was (he told the girl he loved her and was only coming to the show for the boost to his music career - he told Hannah they had just hung out a few times and were mostly just friends).

Plus, Jed knew all about Hannah's relationships with the other guys in the house. He didn't tell her about this until the article in People came out, right?

Yeah, that's kind of my thoughts on this. Surprised Jed didn't call her out on this.

really the first time I can remember someone admitting on the show to sex in the fantasy suite....especially with a guy she ends up not picking....but not only that...then she comes back on the show later to say she did it 4 times with him... not just 2.....and somehow that is cool....I get the "set up" of the show factors in, but do you really need to publicize what you did that late in the game, and then brag about it and make a correction on the number of times....not sure it would have been a great look from the point of view of the "other" two guys left who eventually advanced....Hannah nails Peter 4 times, doesn't pick him, then tells Tyler the next day that she doesn't want to have sex with him because she is TOO attracted to him (not because she was probably worn out 12 hours ago by some other guy 4 times)....and then picks Jed.....and now she's back to Tyler after having sex with Peter, and probably Jed the night of the engagement, etc...well played Hannah, well played...

I wonder what she counts as four times. Jed apparently told the other woman he loved her the day before leaving for the show.

More questionable is on Paradise, Blake is getting raked over the coals for banging two of them on consecutive nights when he wasn’t in a relationship.

Hannah G seems like she would go for any guy who gives her a compliment. First the gay guy, then Welles, then Blake. Blake says he came there for her and she swoons even though all evidence points to the contrary (choosing other woman for date, ignoring her until it’s near the rose ceremony and he realizes the other women have blackballed him).

I started about halfway through the season, and enjoyed it, but was not a Hanna fan.  At all.  She had horrible judgment pretty much throughout, was way more physical with multiple guys back to back while telling them that she was falling in love with them than I was comfortable with, and most of the time I didn't find her very attractive.  Jojo is way more my style.  By the way, I caught an episode of her new air bnb rental makeover show with Jordan Rodgers and it was pretty good.

John Paul Jones puking his guts out immediately after eating a spicy taco from that hot sauce loving girl, had me :lmao:

Paradise is exceptionally stupid but I can't look away. Its damn entertaining.

This whole Caelyn-Blake feud that has spilled onto social media is so ridiculous. She's obviously been through a lot, so nobody is going to come out and say it....but sorry sweetie, the reality TV  star you hooked up with at a music festival wasn't a standup guy. Deal with it. Yeah, he was DM'ing/texting you for a few weeks before hand. That wasn't him trying to start a relationship. He was laying groundwork with multiple girls so that he could guarantee some action when he got there.

Blake has to just be going nuts right now. He tried to be a "good guy" during his stint on the bachelorette and lost to some probably racist dude that "likes" alt-right stuff on social media. So he basically turns heel and decides to use his 15 minutes of fame (and re-built hairline....note the tell-tale scar on the back of his head) to plow though a bunch of female contestants while he has the chance. And what happens? Two of of them get their feeling hurt and basically turn him into the king ####### on a TV show made for #######s. Poor *******.

And yes, John-Paul Jones is hilarious. He's like the lacrosse bro you'd build in a laboratory.

Just so I understand - Jed had a serious gf before coming on Hannah’s season, lied to her about how serious it was, and “won”. Then when he told Hannah the truth about it, he was a bad guy and she dumped him.

Demi had a serious gf before coming to Paradise, lied to Derek about how serious it was, and they brought her gf to stay in Paradise with her.  When she told everyone the truth about it, she’s a hero because she’s bi?

Am I wrong in thinking that they both basically did the same bad thing, but she’s lauded for it because she came out of the closet that she didn’t really seem to be in since she seemed to be talking to all the women about it already and her family all knew and even Derek knew?

I kinda think the standards for paradise are a tad lower. "Dating" multiple people is obviously encouraged.

The contestants who show up for the core shows are theoretically just there to date the star.

That being said, there were some rumors that Blake was in breach or contract (lol, id love to read that contract) for basically laying groundwork for multiple "relationships" in the months leading up to arrival. Of course,we all know that's nonsense

Sure, but people who are on the show. She was dating a woman who had never been on a Bachelor show.

Chris Harrison keeps saying the point of Paradise is a second chance at love. You have to be open to a new relationship for that. And Demi says she wasn’t sure what she wanted when she came to Paradise, but she spent the whole time talking about how she wanted this woman she’d left behind, said she knew it was only her when she saw her, and they were exchanging “I love yous” within hours of the woman’s arrival. Seems like their relationship was pretty serious before Paradise began.

I'm pretty sure they're ok with some "rule breaking" if it means they get to broadcast 2 chicks making out for the next 3 weeks.

It’s called a double standard which is popular today.

I just realized my friend Cam did the bachelorette and paradise. I was dying watching it last night. Went to school with him from elementary through highschool.
