The countup to 100 Yankee losses and/or elimination (1 Viewer)

Does Vegas keep an updated season o/u win total line? I don't bet baseball but I'd be interested to see what that line is as of today.

Am I the only one who is sick of seeing and hearing about Clemens? Bad enough to have to see it reported every day, but the other day ESPN actually showed his minor league game. That is ridiculous.

I don't know about 100, but I think it's pretty much a given that the division is out of reach now, and the wild card will be in about 5 days if this keeps up.

You're just trying to do the reverse jinx here. :lmao: I guarentee the Yankee's turn it around when Clemens joins the team, lock up the Wild Card and contend with the Red Sox for the division champiuonship. These are the Yankee's, they're going to win. :reversereversejinx:

It will be fun to watch.

Capella, a product of the Florida School system, counting to 100 that is. :goodposting:

 Youd figure hes had good practice couting to 100 losses :bs:
I have it from a good source that he only watches until the All-Star break because it could interfere with FSU football. He stops reading the sports pages at that point and starts reading the police blotter.

I don't know about 100,
we're going to count anyways, thanks
:kicksrock: They are pretty much on pace.... you do realize that if this DOES occur Capella will be hailed as a visionary of the likes of Nostradamus and the like. :banned:
Possibly. I just don't see the talent on that team losing 100 games, even though I find it perfectly possible that they barely get to .500. It appears that everything that could go wrong is going to this year and all black clouds are coming in.It's just as well. If everything that can go bad does, and there is some house cleaning with the roster and some young blood injected, and they can turn around and be a playoff contender again next year, it might not be so bad for one bad year, as opposed to dragging out the inevitable demise for years - which is probably what is going to happen.

I will never understand where the commitment to pitching went. Its unfathomable that they never got Bartolo Colon when the Indians decided to let him go. You are the freaking YANKEES. You've got the deepest pockets. A guy in his prime with CY YOUNG stuff comes free, and you need to refresh that staff. Absolute no-brainer. But he goes to the Angels?

I also cannot fathom how the Indians will pay Sabathia, who becomes a free agent after 2008. Makes perfect sense for him to be a Yankee.

Hey Capella is bashing me again! What else is new? Seriously do you know how much of a ##### you are hiding behind a message board?
