The Impossibility Of A Political Subforum (1 Viewer)

My prediction is that most of the topics in the FFA will turn political anyway, but it's nice to have this feature.

At least it's a weird change on a Wednesday.

Not so weird when you realize what's going on nationally and it's only going to get worse.  Probably the best time to do this.

I am curious to know whether Joe or David have colluded with any Russians on FBG rankings.  What did they know and when did they know it?  Are they over-estimating Russian players in the rankings?

Our investigative reporters will take a look.

I think it's really an anti-russian bias, left over from their youth during the Cold War.  As evidence, not a single one of these Russians is listed in their supposedly comprehensive rankings:

It is amazing to me that three or four people who have no interest in politics and were unable to scroll past a couple of threads on the FFA main page, get all political discussion banned from a forum that was specifically set up to discuss non-football topics, which included politics.

The Assistant Coach forum was not improved by shutting it down and making it a subset of the Shark Pool and people are still starting threads asking for team advice in the SP while the new AC forum gets less traffic.

This was a solution to a problem that didn't exist IMO. Maybe it will ultimately improve things, but I doubt it.

So it appears the conspiracy goes deeper than we thought...

Good work here.  We'll have to keep digging until we uncover the truth.  I hear Alex Jones knows things that the powers that be don't want to be made known...

It's fascinating isn't it?  How such a small minority can get so many things banned?

@Oldtakesexposed
Oh man, you diggin' dirt? That doesn't seem very prescient, does it? I think the threat of getting a thread removed to the PSF has kept a lot of the politics out of the FFA. As somebody said to me a week ago: Think of these things as filters to keep politics and general discussion out of the SP.

Came across this by accident

It’s a good thing we quarantined politics discussion from the FFA when we did. Otherwise, here we’d be sitting, 2 years later, with Joe threatening to shut down the FFA.
