Who would you roll in your flex? Standard scoring and why?

 I’d go Penny. While I don’t expect to see them rush the ball 40 times every week, they were very successful rushing the ball last week and will likely continue to try to do that. If I’m forced to start a back up, I’d much rather start one that plays for the better offense.

Finally, the Jets give up the least rushing yards in the league.

I just don’t trust any of the Miami RBs after seeing what Ballage did. If ppr I’d maybe consider Laird but I really like Penny and he’s getting playing time now and showing what he can do. So I’d go Penny. Please see mine

I’d go Laird.  Even in a standard scoring league, Laird is the #1 back and more likely to get more touches and goalline carries.  SEA is the better offense, but MIA is not as bad as the “tank” narrative suggests.

Penny, and I don't think its close. Laird could easily be a flash in the pan. We know Penny is talented, we know his usage is up, and we know Seattle is committed to running the ball.
