The Marjorie Taylor Greene Thread (3 Viewers)

She's such a dope that I know its fun to dunk on her. But I really wish she would just go away. But I guess her district is just going to keep re-electing her. #sigh

Throwing this here for lack of a better place.  She and 17 other House GOP members voted against Finland and Sweden joining NATO.  Granted, this is just a symbolic vote, as the House has no say in this, but still...

What the hell is wrong with these clowns?

Yes it is symbolic but it does show you how bizarre she, Gaetz and Boebert are.

Gaetz, Greene and Boebert are among those GOP members who repeatedly voted against US military and humanitarian support to Ukraine.

They also are among the 63 Republicans who, in April, voted against a resolution expressing support for NATO and its "founding democratic principles."

Greene, Gaetz and Kentucky's Thomas Massie were the only three representatives to oppose moves in April to restrict trade with Russia.

That Northwest corridor of Georgia is prime MAGA country and she fits right in with the population.  A moderate won't win in that district.

They are more out there than Barbara Lee ever was.

She’s on the market fellas. I know some of you have dreamed about this possibility.

Call me when Lauren Boebert is is single and ready to mingle.
Right.

Boebert, Ivanka Trump, Tomi Lahren, and Sarah Palin are all objectively physically attractive. MTG isn't. So, I suppose, this wouldn't exclude her from being "oddly" attractive. However, I just don't see it. Seems like an Offdee 5 or 6 at best.

But, let's ask the master. @offdee where does MTG land on the scale?

She’s a prototype 5.

5: Starting to be unattractive, but certain qualities work in her favor. Nothing major, but minor problems are more common

I honestly think you're being kind in your assessment. I'd have gone 4 or 3 personally.

4 gets into major issues like grossly overweight and obvious major flaws. She’s not attractive but also not obese or covered in acne. She’s just meh, which is what a 5 is.

Would a rank these politicians thread be frowned upon?

This is what alarms me about American politics nowadays. The two parties are getting more and more extreme and you get these kind of whackos.

Her rhetoric is dangerous. It’s okay to disagree on policy but there is no need for this kind of BS

Yet she’ll likely win easily so I guess that’s what the Republicans want in their leaders.

I agree with your post, but are the Democrats really saying anything close to this... yet?
