I will be watching Philly and Baltimore forecasts pretty closely. If one spot looks like rain might hit over the other it could influence things for me. As for GB, I hope they get a blizzard. (Playing against Antonio Brown)
There has never been a time in my 15+ years of playing ff that I have successfully used weather as a determining factor in starting or sitting players. Every time I have ever winched a great player BC of supposed inclement weather, it has bitten me in the ####.
Don't get cute. Start the guys that got you to this point.
Unless there is a freaking monsoon or a tsunami.
But a windy day? The only player is worry about with that is maybe a kicker.
I'm not using weather as anything other that a tie-breaker decision factor, all other things held equal. If, for instance, I can choose between Jay Cutler and Alex Smith with both rated evenly for this week, then I *might* check the weather for each to see which QB's weather situation is more advantageous. But, generally, all things turn out to *not* be equal in the decision-making process, so it almost never comes down to weather concerns.
I am starting Crosby and A brown in Green Bay. Not worried about Brown but Crosby could be an iffy start. Unfortunately rosters are locked when the playoffs start so I can't change him out. Sounds though that the heaviest of the snow and wind is this morning and early afternoon. Game is at 4:25.

I am just outside of Philly and the high will be 70 today! Winds are gusty right now but are supposed to go down by game time. Showers on and off later today. Ridiculously good December weather in PHILLY.
Showers. The rain could be heavy at times. Low around 58. West wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light and variable. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.
Bad weather encourages teams to run the ball, so running backs may do well.
When teams do throw, the chances of them going deep are lower, so you might see more short routes. Advantage for PPR leagues
Kickers are affected by weather negatively. Anytime it's sloppy out there
Defenses are actually upgraded IMO. Yardage and points could be lower than they would in ideal conditions. Plus turn overs could go up. No stats to back that up. Just common sense reasoning
Aside from kicker, I wouldn't make a decision on WDIS based off weather. Unless I had a QB controversy like Rivers or Brees. Then that is tough and I would probably go with the better weather. Starting Forte and Murray today, so I'm right in the thick of these storms
