McIntosh will be competing with Warrick Holdman and Chris Clemons for the WLB spot in Washington this year. Can he effectively replace Arrington?

He won't replace Arrington's reputation, but I assure you he'll out-perform Arrington in this scheme because he'll actually cover his assignment rather than free lance, which is what this scheme demands. I'd expect him to be starting over Holdman (washed up) and Clemons (developing, but used as a pass rusher) by mid-season. Depending upon Clemons', Khary Campbell's and Robert McCune's development, I could even envision Holdman being a training camp cut.
