I'm new to the forum, but I'm a long time Audible listener. I developed a game for my personal fantasy league last year and we all loved it. This season, I decided to just open it up to the public for free and see what happens.
The Quarterback Exchange
It's a stock market game based around the on-field performances of NFL quarterbacks. Super simple. New registrations start with $10,000 (fantasy cash) in their account.
Feel free to ask questions about the pricing algorithm. It's includes all of your typical fantasy stats plus sacks, QBR, win loss, home away, etc. It uses a weighted approach that includes the previous 21 games for a QB, but with a recency bias. There are tons of wrinkles in the game. For instance, unspent cash receives 5% weekly interest.
Again this is just a free game. It's just for fun. I don't even have any advertisements on the site. I just think this community may genuinely enjoy it.
I'm working on a pile of updates that will allow for private leagues, multiple portfolios, and market-based pricing. I'm open to ideas!
Let me know what you think!
