Theo Riddick over James White (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to decide whether to start Riddick or White in my Flex. I also decided to pick up Dion Lewis since he started practicing this week.

I would play White and it's not close.  Riddick is still dinged up and who knows what Lewis' status is really like.

I'd go Riddick. He's been a very missed piece in the Lions offense. White is basically Riddick with a better run game complement who earns more work than Detroit's guys.

Riddick did have full practice Thursday and Friday, so presume he's healthy again.  Blount is probably going to get majority of work against Bills if it is indeed a blow out.  I don't expect much out of the Bills offense, and defense was gashed by Ajayi, so they may try to do the same thing again with Blount.

So I'd go Riddick.
