This is funny. (1 Viewer)

Catalog Living, a tumblr blog, takes photos from catalogs like Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware and captions them with the story of Gary and Elaine, the couple that lives in the catalog world.

I think it's hysterical.

Sure Gary’s out of town, but I’m perfectly capable of starting a fire in the fireplace by myself, thank you very much.
Reminds me of the time my friend's wife almost burnt their house down. After building a fire the night before, his wife decided to clean out the ashes the next day. Sure, her heart was in the right place, but the cardboard box she used to hold the ashes (and still lit embers) by the front door was an unwise decision.

oof :lmao:
I forgot this. They had been married a couple of months and he was upstairs sleeping. The firetrucks woke him up after a neighbor called it in. I told him to check for some insurance policies he wasn't aware of.

Nowhere else to put this line from a NY Times editoral on the investigation into former Senator Tom Delay:

Mr. DeLay, the Texas Republican who had been the House majority leader, crowed that he had been “found innocent.” But many of Mr. DeLay’s actions remain legal only because lawmakers have chosen not to criminalize them.
Just makes me
