Has anyone been donating to Wikipedia?

Seems like they have run 4-5 fundraisers in the last year. I donated a couple of times because I use it almost daily.

Ive skipped the last few because I'm tired of it and frankly I wouldn't mind if they just put some advertising up on the site or even an affordable subscription fee.

Anyone else feel the same way?

Like PBS, as personally valuable as Wikipedia may be, my charity $ goes to relief til it's no longer needed

Like PBS, which should be funded by every entity which owns a broadcast license, this should be the purview of the pay-per-view as well.

I just throw in my Encarta CDs.  Nothing important has happened since 2009 anyway.
